Our peak event! The 517 Juneteenth Festival is Lansing's largest free cultural celebration — a full day of live music, food, family, and community in the heart of REO Town.

Saturday, June 20th, 2026 | 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM REO Town | Lansing, MI

Live Performances Headlined by Jamila Woods, MikeyyAustin, and JMT — with performances by Kaels, Al Bettis, The Lansing Collective Worship Encounter, Christian Sykes, and more.

Vendor Zone 100+ local and regional vendors spanning fashion, art, wellness, and culture.

Food Court A full food experience down W. Elm St. with a wide variety of local food vendors.

Kidz Zone Inflatables, games, the PNC Mobile Learning Adventure, and more — a dedicated space built for families and youth to explore, play, and learn.

MSUFCU Lounge A cool, comfortable space to relax, connect, and engage with one of the weekend's presenting sponsors.

Cool Station Beat the heat on the Juneteenth CATA Bus — a one-of-a-kind experience keeping the community cool all day.

Informational Booths Connect with local organizations, resources, and community partners making an impact in the region.
